Polly and Vivian are pulling hard each other ears. They are in pain but they keep going.

I walked into the room and saw Polly with a cigarette in her mouth. Polly promised to quit smoking and she obviously broke that promise. I am angry and want to teach her a lesson by aggressively pulling her ears. Her ears are so red and hot in the end that she has to take ice cubes and put them on her ears.
